For over 20 years, Bev has focused on new innovation work for global food, beverage, and dietary supplement companies, as well as developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for start-ups.

Beverly started her career as a food scientist with Kraft General Foods and later moved to Nalley’s (division of Pinnacle Foods). After doing promotional work with Procter & Gamble’s Millstone Coffee brand, she eventually assumed the position of Director of Global Consumer Health Care Marketing for Banner Pharmacaps, where she helped brand new drug delivery forms as well as supporting corporate nutritional and pharmaceutical marketing objectives. As Director of New Product Development at Barlean’s Organic Oils, she led her team in commercializing OmegaSwirls, an innovative and award-
winning delivery form of Omega-3s.

She is a sought-after writer (Nutrition Industry Executive, R&D Insights, Food Product Design) and industry speaker (Focus on Farming, NASFT Winter Fancy Food Show). As a Principal of Nutrition Capital Network (, she mentors growing brands and new technology companies as they seek to partner with motivated investors. She resides in Edmonds with her husband and two kids. If she’s not in the office, she is on the soccer field, cheering them on and finding ways to make healthy food more compelling to them.
